Insomnia & Sleep

Most of us experience periods of sleeplessness or insomnia at some time in our life. Contributing factors can include stress, worry, anxiety, often related to some of the obvious life events that we may have to encounter. Life’s not always plain sailing!

However when the sleeplessness becomes more habitual and seriously felt then the impact and consequences for our life, happiness, health and wellbeing can be hugely detrimental.

Our structured MindSleep program takes a wider holistic approach and looks at likely causes and triggers - and focuses on relearning good sleep and wellbeing disciplines and patterns.

Exercise

In our (often) sedentary lives, if this was a magic potion, it would be on sale!

Our MindSleep program uses a mixture of coaching, consulting, guided relaxation and visualisation to develop new understandings, approaches and habits.

Sleeping better can be a life-changer - but an accompanying benefit is simply improved wellbeing and a calmer voyage!
